100th Post!
...Aaaand I'm finally back in Oxford, so my Blog is no longer on a semi-unofficial-hiatus.. I will update as much as I have to write!
It's nice to be back in Oxford, but it has this weird familiar ye strangely eerie feeling off Déjà vu.
But everything is where I left it. Everything is in it's place and is clean and tidy. Even the kitchen!!!!!
Which is a first - so hopefully no more rants about how disgusting it is, or people stealing my stuff!
The best bit is my heating works!!!
Went to my first lecture of the year...although it's the last day of February :/ weird! And I'm quite looking forward to this module - social sciences. I feel that my A level psychology will be coming in handy here, as will Jac (hahaha!!) and as with everything it's 100% coursework (I say everything, everything apart from anat. and phys.) 2500 essay titled: The application of psychology and sociology to healthcare: implications for health and social care professionals
'It aims to assess your understanding of key psychological and sociological approaches and how they influence health and social care practice.
The focus is on how these approaches can assist the health and social care professional in their understanding of a patient/client’s experience, needs and abilities within a sociology context. You also need to show that you have an appreciation of how psychological and sociological approaches impact on the selection and delivery of person-centred interventions and treatments. This will include the way psychology and sociology are used to understand people’s life experience, abilities and needs.'
Actually looking forward to writing this one - although I say that now haha!!!
New timetable too! It's a bit more sociable, and chilled, and I have Fridays off - so easier to travel home.
I forgot about my box of 240 tea bags Kim brought me I ♥ it!!
This actually feels more like home than home in some ways.
xx
