My lovely weekend away at K+M's

It was just what I needed, some quality time away from my placement spent with 2 members of my wonderful family who I don't always get to see that often. I stayed in their lovely house, a gorgeous cottage,  which is cosy and welcoming yet stylish and has the most comfortable bed!
After my rather hectic train ride to Birmingham I was picked up and driven to the restaurant to meet Michael, and we had a lovely dinner in an Indian restaurant!

I woke up to a wonderful view from my hotel room bedroom window.

I love the view, whether it's sunny, raining, got pheasants in the field, cows or snow, it's great to wake up to!

We went for a wander in the town in the afternoon and I was once again treated to a lovely lunch in a cafe and to some shopping; a gorgeous top (which looks much nicer on than in this picture) and these shoes (but in black).

Saturday evening we had a meal in an Italian restaurant, which was also very yummy.

Sunday was nice and chilled, even though it had rained all weekend, this made no difference to me apart from getting slightly damp! Had a yummy roast for Sunday dinner cooked by Kim.

I had such a lovely time, I'm lucky to have such great family. Thank you for having me!!! xxx
